    Hi guys I just did new system update on my maxisys and when you launch autel diagnostic software it promt a new a new software upgrade for optimization.
    As any one done this upgrade? If yes how far with it

    Just finished the new 3.0 update. Wiped all vehicle software and won't allow me to re
    install said software. Has anyone else had this problem? I keep getting network busy
    prompt.

     Keep trying as there are many users downloading so the server will become slow but, as I know Autel has set sever limit to unlimited.................keep trying...................

     Hi, after you update the System Program to the latest version V3.0, you need to download all vehicle software again. Please try and let us know if there is any problem. Thanks!

    OK , I worked out the problem . There is a conflict in the software or the old and new versions causing it to stop working. Here is how I fixed mine: 
    1. back up your MAXISYS to another storage device ( lap top or pc )
    2. Carry out factory restore of the Android tablet (MAXISYS) ( it will wipe any stored info)
    3. Update Android operating system if available
    4. Set up wireless and ethernet connections on MAXISYS
    5. Connect to Autel server and download latest operating system and manufacturers diagnostic updates (latest versions)
    6. Exit out of Autel and carry out reboot of MAXISYS
    7. Power up and check for operation .
